After placement of order, delivery location is not allowed to be changed.
Few products may not be available for requested delivery date and time or other special delivery services. After
placement of order, you may receive a confirmation email. However, due to logistical challenges or other difficulties,
we may be unable to deliver on the specified date & time. We reserve the right to contact you to advise you of revised
delivery date and time. We are not liable if you are not contactable or reply us in a timely manner.

guarantee to deliver the products on the same date and time specified by the sender. The date and time may vary.
As a reputed online store, we definitely try our best for giving value added services to the customers. We go for all the
possibilities for prompt delivery. However, our users will not be entitled for any damages or compensation for delay in
delivery.
When we find the wrong or not properly elaborated address and if the item is misplaced or delivered to the wrong
person, then the customer is only responsible for the mis-delivery. We are helpless if you have provided wrong or
mistaken contact number and we get no reply from the mentioned contact number. The customer has to suffer in this
kind of mistakes and it is not our concern or responsibility to find your correct place. Customer must have to contact
us directly then only we can give some solution.
We cannot wait for the recipient if he/she is not there in the address specified. The product will be delivered at the
doorstep. We are not responsible if products delivered goes missing or have defect after delivery. We are not
responsible if the recipient does not accept the products delivered and customer who ordered these products cannot
claim for any refund. Additional delivery charges are applicable if delivery location is changed.
Certain additional surcharges may apply for delivery into airports, exhibition centers etc where additional parking
surcharges are applied or parking is unavailable.
